1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and [Publisher legal name, to be supplied] ("we", "us") for the Amaze Arrow GO Puzzle game, its online services and this website (together, the "Service"). By playing online or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the online parts of the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to agree to these Terms in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian who agrees to them on your behalf. The game is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 18, please review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

3. Accounts

Online features need an account. You can sign in with email and password, or link Google, Facebook or Apple where available.
Your account has a permanent 8-digit Player ID. Your display name must not impersonate others or be offensive, hateful or misleading. We may reset names that break these rules.
Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
One person may not use multiple accounts to gain an advantage, farm rewards or move coins between accounts.
Accounts are personal. You may not sell, trade, rent or give away your account.

4. Guest accounts

A guest account is created automatically the first time you play online. A guest account is tied to the device that created it. If you uninstall the game, clear its data or change device before adding an email or linking a sign-in provider, you may not be able to recover the account, its coins or its progress, and we may not be able to restore it for you. Add an email or link a provider in Settings to keep your account safe.

5. Fair play

Multiplayer moves, scores, rewards and coin changes are checked by our servers. Results recorded by our servers are final, except where we correct an error. When no real opponent is found within the matchmaking time, you may be matched with a computer opponent; computer opponents are always labelled, and those matches never change ratings or trophies.

6. Multiplayer conduct

Play to win, and play fairly. Do not deliberately lose, trade wins, or arrange results with another player.
Do not repeatedly disconnect or abandon matches to avoid losses. Leaving a live match can count as a forfeit.
Respect other players in names, invitations and friend requests. You can block any player at any time.

7. Virtual coins

The game includes a virtual currency ("coins"). Coins are earned through play, for example daily rewards, missions, achievements, multiplayer wins and optional reward videos, and are used for arena entries and other in-game features.

Coins are a limited, revocable licence to use a game feature. They are not money, have no real-world value, and are not your property.
Coins cannot be bought with real money, and cannot be sold, transferred between players outside of normal gameplay, withdrawn, redeemed or exchanged for money, goods or prizes of any kind.
Arena entries are skill-based game mechanics using virtual coins only. Nothing in the game involves real-money wagering or prizes.
We may change coin amounts, rewards, entry costs and prizes to balance the game. We may correct balances that result from errors, bugs or abuse.
Coins are lost when your account is deleted or terminated, and are not refunded.

8. Rewards

Daily rewards, missions, achievements, medals, league standings and other rewards are offered as part of the game and may change over time. Rewards have no cash value. Rewards earned through cheating, exploits, multiple accounts or other abuse may be removed.

9. Advertising

The Service is free and supported by advertising from Google AdMob. Reward videos are optional: you may choose to watch one for coins, a hint or a second chance. Rewards for a video are granted only after the ad network confirms it was completed; if an ad fails to load or is not completed, no reward is due. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads, but you can report an inappropriate ad to us. How ads use data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

10. Prohibited behaviour

You must not:

use cheats, bots, automation, modified clients or any software that gives an unfair advantage;
exploit bugs or glitches, or fail to report ones that affect coins, rewards or match results;
interfere with, overload, reverse-engineer or attack the game, its servers or other players' connections;
access or try to access another player's account;
harass, threaten, impersonate or abuse other players, or use offensive or illegal content in names;
offer or accept real money or anything of value for coins, accounts or match results; or
use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

11. Service availability

We work to keep online play available, but the Service is provided as it is and may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. Single-player modes are designed to work offline. We may change, add or remove features and modes, and we may end online services in the future with reasonable notice where practical.

12. Suspension and termination

We may warn, temporarily suspend, reset parts of, or permanently close an account that breaks these Terms, puts other players at risk, or exposes us to legal liability. Where reasonable, we will explain why. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time; see Account Deletion. 13. Intellectual property

The game, its puzzles, art, characters, music, sound, software, logos and this website belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. You may share screenshots and videos of your own gameplay for non-commercial purposes. Fonts used in the game and on this website are licensed under the SIL Open Font License.

14. Third-party services

Sign-in with Google, Facebook or Apple, app stores and advertising are provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

15. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of data, virtual items or coins, arising from your use of the Service. Because the Service is free and coins have no monetary value, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (if any) or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

17. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing law and jurisdiction, to be supplied by the publisher], without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the game changes. We will update the effective date at the top and, for significant changes, give notice in the game or on this website before they take effect. If you keep playing online after a change takes effect, the new Terms apply.
