Amaze Arrow GOPuzzle

How to play

One tap. One rule.
Endless puzzles.

Every arrow on the board wants to leave. Your job is to find an order that lets all of them out. Here's everything you need to know, from your first tap to your first multiplayer win.

The orange ring shows each tap. An arrow only leaves once nothing blocks its way.

  1. 1

    Read the board

Every arrow is a path with a head. The head shows which way it will leave the board.

  2. 2

    Tap to release

Tap an arrow and it slides out along its own path, head first, if nothing is in the way.

  3. 3

    Mind the blockers

If another arrow blocks the exit, the tap is a mistake. Most modes give you three drops per board.

  4. 4

    Clear the board

Free every arrow to win. Fewer mistakes and quicker solves earn more stars and points.

The details

Drops, stars and help.

Drops

Campaign, Daily and Endless give you three drops. A blocked tap costs one. Lose them all and the board is lost, though you may be offered one optional second chance.

Stars & score

Clean, quick solves earn up to three stars. The results screen shows your time, accuracy, mistakes and hints used.

Hints

A hint highlights an arrow that can leave. In casual modes, hints are unlocked by an optional short video.

Undo in Zen

Zen mode has no drops and no clock, and you can undo any move. It's the calmest way to practise.

Multiplayer rules

Two ways to win a duel.

Classic Duel

You and your rival take timed turns on one shared board. Clear an arrow and it scores for you and you go again. Tap a blocked arrow and it counts as a mistake and passes the turn. When the board is empty, whoever cleared more arrows wins; a tie goes to the player with fewer mistakes.

Territory

The board is split by colour. Blue arrows are yours, orange are your rival's, and brown arrows can be taken by either player. You can only clear your own colour and open arrows, so plan which open ones to take.

Pro tips

Think like an arrow master.

  • Start at the edges. Arrows whose heads already point off the board are often free.
  • Follow a blocker back. If an arrow is stuck, find what's in its way and free that first.
  • Long bent arrows are usually the key. Freeing one can open half the board.
  • Don't rush the first tap. A few seconds of reading saves a drop later.
  • In duels, a blocked tap hands the turn to your rival. Be sure before you tap.
